    GlassHosting Terms of Service 

    Effective Date: 11/18/2025


    1. Introduction

    Welcome to GlassHosting, a division of Glasshouse Holding Group LLC, providing game hosting, VPS, dedicated server, and cloud services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not order or use our services.


    2. Services Provided

    GlassHosting offers:

    • Minecraft & game hosting

    • VPS hosting (Proxmox)

    • Dedicated servers (Ryzen, EPYC)

    • Web & application hosting

    • DDoS-protected network services

    • Support & maintenance

    All services are delivered under a best-effort and fair-use model unless otherwise stated.


    3. Eligibility

    You may not use GlassHosting if:
    a) You are under 13.
    b) You are under 18 without parental/legal guardian consent.
    c) You are prohibited from receiving services by law.
    d) You were previously suspended or banned.
    e) You lack valid contact information.
    f) Our anti-fraud system flags your order.
    g) You appear on OFAC, BIS, or other restricted-party lists.


    4. User Accounts

    You agree to:

    • Maintain accurate account information.

    • Keep your password confidential.

    • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

    • Accept responsibility for all actions under your account.


    5. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

    GlassHosting provides unmetered NVMe storage with fair usage limits:

    • Soft limit: 150GB (expandable with approval).

    • All files must be essential to service operation.

    • Abuse (hoarding files, backups, logs, media hosting, etc.) may trigger review.

    If your service reaches the soft limit, GlassHosting may:

    • Suspend or stop the service

    • Request cleanup

    • Require an upgrade

    Contact support before approaching this limit.


    6. Changes to Terms

    GlassHosting may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance. You are responsible for checking for updates.


    7. Indemnification & Refusal of Service

    You agree to indemnify Glasshouse Holding Group LLC, employees, contractors, and affiliates against any claims arising from your use of our services.

    We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services for:

    • ToS violations

    • Fraud

    • Abuse or illegal activity

    • Chargebacks

    Refunds are not issued for terminated accounts due to violations.


    8. Payment & Billing

    • All services must be paid in advance.

    • Multiple billing cycles are offered.

    • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

    Invoices are generated 14 days before the due date.


    9. Refunds & Cancellations

    Refund Window: 72 hours from initial purchase.
    Refunds are not available for:

    • Dedicated servers

    • Add-ons

    • Domains

    • Abuse-related terminations

    Unpaid invoices → suspension after 5 days overdue.
    Termination may occur after 30 days, or sooner at our discretion.
    Renewals are non-refundable.


    10. Automatic Billing

    • Auto-billing is available via Stripe.

    • Saved payment methods are charged on the due date.

    • If auto-billing fails, you are responsible for manual payment.


    11. Reinstatement

    Terminated services may be recoverable but are not guaranteed.
    Fees may apply.


    12. Account Security

    You agree to:

    • Not share login credentials

    • Stay responsible for all actions taken under your account

    • Report vulnerabilities or exploits immediately

    • Maintain good security practices


    13. Account Credit

    • Account credit is not withdrawable or refundable.

    • Credit may be used only for GlassHosting services.


    14. Affiliate Program

    • Affiliate earnings are provided as account credit.

    • Spam-marketing, misleading ads, or illegal promotion methods are prohibited.

    • Abuse leads to program removal and forfeiture of credits.


    15. MySQL / Database Services

    • Minecraft plans include 1 free managed MySQL database.

    • We are not responsible for MySQL data corruption or loss.

    • Databases must be related to services you host with us.

    • Additional databases may be purchased.

    • Max storage: 256GB (strict limit).


    16. Game Hosting (Minecraft / Other Games)

    • RAM allocations match purchased plans.

    • Slot count is unlimited (performance dependent).

    • Disk storage is unmetered under fair usage rules.

    • Abuse (RAM bypassing, harmful plugins, etc.) will trigger review.


    17. Dedicated Servers

    (You can expand or add data-center-specific rules later if needed.)

    GlassHosting provides unmanaged and semi-managed dedicated servers.
    You are responsible for:

    • Data backup

    • Software configuration

    • Security hardening

    Hardware failures follow our SLA (if provided), but we are not liable for:

    • Data loss

    • Software misconfiguration

    • User-created vulnerabilities


    18. Abuse Policy

    Services will be suspended or terminated without warning for:

    • Excessive CPU load impacting other clients

    • DDoS attacks or participation in botnets

    • Hosting malware, phishing, or illegal content

    • Circumventing RAM limits

    • Unauthorized background processes

    • Hosting non-game services without approval

    • Spamming or packet flooding

    Refunds will not be issued for accounts closed for abuse.


    19. Support

    • Support is offered via ticket system.

    • Target response time: 30 minutes, but complex requests may take longer.

    • “Bumping” tickets delays responses.

    • Abusive behavior may result in denied support or account closure.

    • Services are unmanaged unless an upgrade/add-on states otherwise.


    20. Support Add-Ons

    • Setup add-ons are non-refundable.

    • Advanced support is “as-is.”

    • We do not support illegal, cracked, or nulled software.

    • File removal requests require explicit confirmation.

    • Cancel support add-ons 5 days before renewal.


    21. Backups

    GlassHosting offers:

    • Automatic backups every 24 hours, retained for 7 days

    • User-created backups (Game Panel) retained for 30 days

    We are not liable for:

    • Backup corruption

    • Backup unavailability

    • Backup deletion after retention windows

    Users agree to maintain their own offsite backups.


    22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
    Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Wyoming state courts.

    You agree to jurisdiction and venue in the State of Wyoming.


    23. Limitation of Liability

    GlassHosting is not liable for:

    • Direct or indirect damages

    • Loss of profits

    • Data loss

    • Downtime

    • Security breaches caused by user action

    • Third-party software failures

    Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the previous 30 days of service.
