Refund Policy (GlassHosting) Effective Date: 11/18/2025Issued by: Glasshouse Holding Group LLC GlassHosting aims to deliver high-quality hosting services, and we understand that issues may arise during initial setup. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds are available and the conditions under which they may be issued. 1. Refund Eligibility Window GlassHosting offers a 48-hour refund window from the time your service is activated for the following products: ✔ Game Servers (Minecraft, FiveM, Valheim, Rust, and other supported titles) ✔ VPS Hosting Plans (Standard VPS, Game VPS, or Cloud VPS) If you request a refund within this period and meet the eligibility requirements below, a full or partial refund may be issued. 2. Non-Refundable Services The following services are not eligible for refunds: Dedicated servers(Due to hardware provisioning and non-recoverable costs) Domain registrations or transfers(ICANN rules make these non-reversible once registered) Add-ons, upgrades, control panel licenses, or software licenses Setup fees or custom deployments Abuse-related suspensions(Any violation of our AUP, ToS, or malicious activity voids refund eligibility) Charges older than 48 hours(Refund window strictly applies from activation time) 3. Conditions for Refund Approval Refunds may be approved only if: The service is within the 48-hour window No Terms of Service or AUP violations occurred No chargeback or dispute has been filed There are no outstanding unpaid invoices The service has not been used for harmful or high-risk activity It is not a dedicated server, domain, or other non-refundable product GlassHosting reserves the right to decline a refund if there is evidence of misuse or excessive resource consumption during the trial period. 4. Service Cancellations If you cancel a service after the 48-hour window: The service remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle No refunds or credits are provided for unused time Recurring services must be canceled before the next due date Automatic billing subscriptions must be canceled by the user through the Client Area or payment provider. 5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes Initiating a chargeback or dispute will result in: Immediate service termination Account closure Loss of all data Permanent denial of future services All billing issues should be handled via a support ticket or billing@glasshosting.com 6. How to Request a Refund To request a refund: Log into the Client Area Open a ticket under Billing Department Include: Service ID Order number Reason for refund Refund requests are typically reviewed within 24 hours. 7. Special Circumstances GlassHosting may, at its discretion, offer: Account credit Partial refunds Service adjustments These are not guaranteed and depend on the situation and customer history. 8. Data Loss Disclaimer If a service is refunded, canceled, or terminated: All associated data is permanently deleted This includes files, databases, backups, and logs GlassHosting is not responsible for lost data after termination.
