Minecraft Server Icon (server-icon.png) on GlassHosting
Requirements
Use a 64×64 PNG named exactly server-icon.png in the server root. Oversized or wrong filenames silently fail to show in the multiplayer list.
Steps
- Stop or be ready to restart
- Upload via panel file manager or SFTP to the server root
- Restart the GlassHosting Minecraft service
- Refresh the multiplayer server list in the client
Tips
- Keep the file small
- Backup before replacing icons mid-season if you automate deploys
- Icon does not affect TPS—purely cosmetic
