Rust Wipe Day Operations Checklist on GlassHosting
Before wipe
- Announce countdown in Discord
- Snapshot configs and any custom files via panel backup or SFTP
- Confirm wipe type (map/BP) with your community rules
- Disable experimental plugins you do not want on wipe day
During / after
- Execute wipe per your product workflow
- Verify server reaches a joinable state in console
- Spot-check admin auth still works
- Post the fresh join info if endpoints changed
- Monitor graphs for the first peak hour
