All GlassHosting invoices and payment methods are managed in the Client Area at billing.glasshosting.com.
View invoices
- Sign in to the Client Area.
- Open Billing → My Invoices (wording may vary slightly by theme).
- Download PDFs, pay open invoices, or review history.
Payment methods
- Major credit/debit cards via our payment processor
- Stripe for one-time and recurring billing where enabled
- Other methods may appear when enabled for your account or product
Due dates and late payment
Invoices are typically generated ahead of the due date. Unpaid services may be suspended after the overdue grace period described in the Terms of Service. Pay open invoices promptly to avoid interruption.
Upgrades, cancellations, and refunds
- Request upgrades or cancellations from the Client Area or via a support ticket.
- Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.
