How to Access Your Hosting Panel (GlassHosting)

Once your order has been activated, you will receive an email from GlassHosting containing your login information for the Pterodactyl Game Panel.

Follow the steps below to access your server:


1. Locate Your Login Email

You will receive an email titled:

“Your GlassHosting Panel Login Information”

It includes:

  • Your panel login URL

  • Your username

  • Your temporary password

  • Security instructions for your first login

If you cannot find the email, check your Spam, Promotions, or Filtered folders.


2. Open the Panel URL

Click the link in your email, or manually navigate to:

 
https://panel.glasshosting.com

(Or your region-specific URL depending on the node your service is deployed on.)


3. Enter Your Credentials

Use the username and temporary password provided in your order delivery email.

If the password does not work, try copying and pasting it carefully — passwords are case sensitive.


4. Reset Your Password Immediately

For security reasons, GlassHosting requires all new users to reset their password on first login.

Your new password should meet these requirements:

  • At least 12 characters

  • Uppercase & lowercase letters

  • At least one number

  • At least one symbol (! @ # $ % ^ & * etc.)

This ensures your panel and server remain secure.


5. Accessing Your Server

After logging in:

  • Go to the Servers section

  • Select the server you want to manage

  • You can now start/stop, upload files, view console, schedule tasks, etc.


6. Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you cannot log in:

✔ Password Not Working

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page.

✔ Never Received the Email

Open a billing ticket — we’ll resend it manually.

✔ Panel Says “No Servers Assigned”

This typically means:

  • The service is still deploying

  • Billing did not finalize

  • There was a configuration issue

Open a support ticket and provide your Service ID.
